Welcome to the Youth Assembly!
The Malvern Hills Youth Citizen Assembly is a platform for young people aged 11-18 to come together and have their voices heard. The activities and tasks in the booklet are designed to engage participants in planning and finding solutions to various issues. The Worcestershire Youth Cabinet is the group responsible for ensuring that the voices of young people in Worcestershire are represented at local, regional, and national levels. Agenda Highlights
The assembly will cover important topics such as the significance of jobs and opportunities for young people, addressing climate change and environmental issues, promoting mental health and wellbeing, as well as discussing crime and safety concerns. Each session includes group discussions and brainstorming activities to gather ideas and suggestions for councils and companies to review and consider.
