Executive Summary:
During the summer of 2024, the Division of Student Life's leadership team met to create a roadmap for the next three academic years, focusing on uplifting morale and excitement. The document outlines the SWOT analysis, key stakeholders, and aligns with the NDMU Go Beyond Strategic Plan. Vision and mission statements were developed in line with the university's goals and best practices.
SWOT Analysis:
The SWOT analysis highlighted strengths such as quality customer service and creativity, weaknesses in marketing and communication strategies, opportunities like improving relationships with Institutional Advancement, and threats such as budget constraints and limited staffing.
Vision & Mission:
The vision statement emphasizes creating a vibrant student community, while the mission focuses on fostering inclusivity and collaboration to support student growth in various aspects. Commitment to diversity and equity is central to the mission.
