About the Designer

Yuan-Hsaing, Wang, also known as Steven, is an interior designer with a Bachelor of Applied Design in Interior Design from LaSalle College Vancouver. With a background in civil engineering and internships at Aspace Design Studio, Richmond, BC, Steven possesses a strong skill set in software applications such as AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketchup, and more. His design aesthetic leans towards minimalist, focusing on residential and hospitality design with unique ideas for space planning development.

Portfolio Overview

Steven's portfolio showcases his proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering, perspective drafting, space planning, and Autocad coded commands. Institution Project: Panoramic Library

The Panoramic Library project is located on Broadway Street in Vancouver, Canada, and covers an area of 5253.75 sqft. The design concept focuses on creating a reading environment tailored for children, with a 360-degree space surrounded by books to simulate entering a world of literature. The layout includes a large wooden book wall, a reading area with floor seating, and a unique circulation pattern that enhances the reading experience.
