LIM Journey (E-Folio) at Beaconhouse School System
Introduction
Beaconhouse School System in Sialkot Campus proudly announces the Beaconite Leaders of the Town for the LIM Journey Session (2023-2024). At BSKT, every child is considered a leader, with a mission to empower learners and achieve goals through a leadership environment. The Lighthouse Team consists of members with specific roles focused on adult learning, modeling, teaching students to lead, sharing leadership, and more.
Plus Delta Chart Feedback
The Plus Delta Chart feedback highlighted the success of direct and integrated lessons, a well-prepared physical environment, and a promotion of a greeting culture. However, areas for improvement were identified, such as a lack of critical language, proper use of emotional bank accounts, modeling the seven habits, and proactive language. The completion of the course book, active emotional bank accounts, and the number of direct lessons were also discussed.
1st Orientation Event
The first orientation event, "Leader In Me," took place on August 31, 2023, where the importance of the 7 habits was introduced to parents. Parents actively participated in the orientation, and the manual "Discovering Leader In Me" was shared with them. The event aimed to engage parents in their children's leadership journey and foster a supportive home-school partnership.
