The Kshamta Kendra (KK) training component, supported by the Global Fund Grant Cycle Seven, is being implemented across India under the guidance of NACO by SAATHII. The SAATHII-PR team provides technical support to KK to ensure the effective and high-quality execution of the training program. As part of this initiative, the KK team conducted a detailed training data analysis using the Excel file provided by the PR team, along with the MT-wise feedback line list and PPT as reference materials. They systematically utilized these resources to develop a comprehensive KK data analysis for the ORW cadre, examining key trends, participant feedback, and critical insights. Their analysis aimed to highlight strengths, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations for enhancing future training sessions. Based on these key findings and training outcomes, a poster presentation can be prepared for the KK Induction. This will serve as a valuable tool for collective learning, ensuring that insights are effectively shared and applied across the program.
Poster presentations are an effective method of cross-learning, allowing individuals from different disciplines, backgrounds, and expertise levels to exchange knowledge in an engaging and interactive way. They encourage knowledge sharing by presenting complex information in a simplified and visually appealing format, making it easier for participants to grasp new concepts. Poster presentations also promote interdisciplinary learning, as attendees can learn from diverse fields, fostering innovation and creative problem-solving by integrating ideas from different disciplines. Additionally, they enhance communication skills by helping presenters explain their research succinctly and enabling audiences to critically analyze and ask insightful questions. Poster presentations facilitate networking and collaboration as discussions during sessions create opportunities for meaningful interactions, leading to potential collaborations, partnerships, or mentorships. They support active engagement by encouraging dialogue, brainstorming, and feedback, making the learning process dynamic and interactive.
