A minor annoyance that rapidly developed into a serious problem that affected the university community particularly the faculty and students on a daily basis. Students are forced to look for relief outside of the university, as a result of the terrible consequences, which include declining cleanliness standards and inaccessible restroom facilities. Nevertheless, a tangible sense of annoyance persists in spite of the growing difficulties, spurred by the impression that the administration is not paying enough attention or taking appropriate action. The outcry becomes worse day by day, exposing a conspicuous lack of attention to the needs of those who are most impacted. At the heart of this crisis lies a fundamental question: How can CNU step up to the plate and take on this challenge head-on? The solution is swift and decisive action, not indifference or delay. The administration must recognize how serious the issue is and pledge to act quickly to put forward practical solutions. For many Normalites who depend on public transportation to get to and from campus, the bustling streets and heavy traffic of Cebu provide a major challenge. Their daily commute, which is frequently characterized by packed cars and erratic schedules, not only puts a strain on their patience but also has an impact on their mental and academic wellbeing. Normalites begin their days early in the morning. The idea is to beat the rush hour and get a seat on one of the main public transportation vehicles—buses, tricycles, or jeepneys. But because these are usually packed to capacity, they are forced to stand for extended periods of time in claustrophobic surroundings. Because there isn't enough seating or personal space, they frequently arrive at their destination exhausted before classes even start.
