The whole sales process starts with you having your property valued. If this isn’t done correctly and If it is put on for too much money, you simply will not sell it! If it is put on for not enough money, then it is costing you £££’s (It is worth mentioning that Town and Country are quite happy to value your property even if you are just curious as to its value.
