PEMPEK FLAMBOYANT Pempek Flamboyant memulai usaha pada tahun 1995 dan berkembang di tahun 2000 dengan membuka cabang pertama di Plaju, DI Panjaitan. Sampai saat ini, Pempek Flamboyant telah memiliki 4 cabang lainnya yaitu di Plaju Assegaf, Radial, Celentang dan Social Market created by Pempek Flamboyant started its business in 1995 and grew in 2000 by opening its first branch in Plaju, DI Panjaitan. Makanan khas Palembang berupa tahu yang diisikan kedalam adonan pempek yang mirip seperti pempek kapal selam, tetapi telur digantikan dengan tahu. Sebagai pengganti cuko, Model disajikan dengan kuah udang.
