PLAY UNLIMITED Signifies intervention and initiative that celebrates people. While we strive for perfection, we never miss out on FUN! This International Men’s Day, a digital quiz was launched with active participation from all the employees. The fastest and the most accurate employees were rewarded. 2 Benetton Buzz

APPRECIATION DRIVE

We gave an opportunity to our people to express love & compassion to their colleagues by giving them a badge of appreciation. #LoveUnlimited This Thanksgiving, we set out this appreciation drive where all the employees could be grateful for their colleagues, friends, peers and seniors and show gratitude and love. The goodness patrons who appreciate with maximum badges will be declared as winners. We also released leader boards to fuel the competitive spirit. Benetton Buzz 3

To encourage more ‘family’ time for employees, we have announced the YEAR END block leaves of 5 days from 26th December to 30th December 2022. After the year end block leave, the office reopens on 2nd January 2023. We will continue to work in the hybrid model with 4 days (Monday to Thursday) work from office. 4 Benetton Buzz

This consists of all the initiatives that help us reach out to employees and give them a platform to voice their opinion/feedback.) Take a break with Vivek It is an initiative wherein our Director – HR meets a group of employees. This time he met the new joiners and gave them an opportunity to open up and talk about their journey thus far at Benetton and what can we do as an organisation to make things better. He was all ears , agenda was to have a HEART to HEART conversation with them) Benetton Buzz 5

All our Learning and Development initiatives fall under the DEVELOP category. Here are few initiatives under this bucket :-) AW’22 Product Training Refreshers : Covered 158 employees from Distribution channel with total learning hours of 450, 314 employees from EBO and LFS were covered with a total 942 learning hours. Style Champ Contest : We launched the contest for 5 days for evaluating training effectiveness of AW’22 Trainings and refreshers. With an average of 62% completion rate, the contest is still on till this week. XLR8 Contest : We launched the contest for 5 days for evaluating training effectiveness of AW’22 Trainings and refreshers.
