BATASAN TANGGUNG JAWAB REFERENCE TO ANNUAL REPORT AND DISCLAIMER AND LIMIT OF LIABILITIES Tujuan utama penyusunan Laporan Tahunan PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk tahun buku 2019 adalah untuk meningkatkan keterbukaan informasi Perusahaan kepada seluruh pemegang saham dan pemangku kepentingan serta memenuhi kepatuhan terkait Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No. 29/POJK.04/2016 Tentang Laporan Tahunan Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik. Informasi dalam Laporan Tahunan ini memuat gambaran komprehensif tentang profil Perusahaan, kinerja operasional, kinerja pemasaran dan keuangan, informasi tentang organisasi Perusahaan, serta berbagai informasi lain yang diperlukan oleh pemangku kepentingan. Penyusunan Laporan Tahunan ini menggunakan kerangka acuan kriteria Annual Report Award (ARA) yang terakhir dirilis pada tahun 2018. The main intention in preparing PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk’s Annual Report for 2019 fiscal year was to enhance Company’s information disclosure to all shareholders and stakeholders and to comply with Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 29/POJK.04/2016 on Annual Report of Issuers or Public Companies. Information in this Annual Report contains comprehensive illustration regarding Company’s profile, operational performance, marketing and financial performance, information regarding Company’s organization and various other information needed by the stakeholders. The preparation of this Annual Report refers to Annual Report Award (ARA) criteria framework which was last released in 2018. Laporan Tahunan ini memuat pernyataan kondisi keuangan, hasil operasi, kebijakan, proyeksi, rencana, strategi, serta tujuan Perusahaan yang digolongkan sebagai pernyataan ke depan dalam pelaksanaan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, kecuali hal-hal yang bersifat historis. Pernyataanpernyataan tersebut memiliki prospek risiko, ketidakpastian, serta dapat mengakibatkan perkembangan aktual secara material berbeda dari yang dilaporkan. This Annual Report contains statements of financial conditions, operational results, projections, plans, strategies, policies, and objectives of the Company, which are categorized as forwardlooking statements in the implementation of the applicable laws and regulations, except for historical matters. These statements are subject to prospective risks, uncertainties, and could cause actual results that differ materially from the reported results. RIDING THE WAVES OF CHANGE WITH GROWING CONFIDENCE AND HUMILITY Informasi yang keliru tentang peristiwa alam gempa dan tsunami Banten yang terjadi di penghujung tahun 2018 terhadap wisata tepi Pantai Ancol memberikan dampak yang kurang menguntungkan bagi Perusahaan di sepanjang triwulan I tahun 2019. Dengan percaya diri dan penuh kerendahan hati, Perusahaan berupaya mengembalikan kegiatan Ancol sebagai kawasan rekreasi tepi pantai Jakarta. Berbagai inovasi dilakukan, seperti peluncuran wahana baru Dunia Kartun dan Asthatirta di pekan lebaran serta Mola-mola dan revitalisasi taman dan pantai bertema stone sebagai bagian revitalisasi taman pantai symphony of the sea di akhir tahun agar warga Jakarta dapat kembali menikmati kawasan Ancol. Berbagai peningkatan layanan seperti penambahan jalur kereta Sato-sato, toilet berkonsep unik yang ramah anak dan lansia serta ruang menyusui, perbaikan jalan-jalan utama area dalam wahana, serta pemeliharaan lainnya. Di bidang layanan, Perusahaan terus melanjutkan program Ancol Service Quality Journey sebagai salah satu perangkat ukur terkait konsistensi dalam menjalankan Prosedur Tetap layanan pengunjung di area rekreasi maupun properti. Tak hanya itu, program berkelanjutan juga terus didorong sebagai hal yang tak terpisahkan dari upaya Perusahaan untuk menciptakan lingkungan kawasan Ancol yang asri dan serasi. Kegiatan lingkungan seperti pengolahan sampah terpadu Ancol Zero Waste, kegiatan konservasi alam, maupun program-program kemasyarakatan dan tanggap bencana dilakukan dalam rangka membangun hubungan yang harmonis dengan seluruh pemangku kepentingan. Agar pengelolaan lingkungan memiliki acuan yang jelas, Perusahaan melakukan standardisasi pembaruan ISO 9001 tentang Manajemen Mutu untuk Dunia Fantasi dan ISO 14001 tentang Manajemen Lingkungan untuk seluruh area rekreasi & properti Ancol. Seluruh inisiasi dan inovasi ini tentunya akan menjadi dasar bagi Perusahaan untuk terus menumbuhkembangkan kinerjanya, baik dalam pengelolaan kawasan Ancol sebagai destinasi wisata dan hiburan di Jakarta, maupun pencapaian kinerja dalam rangka memberikan nilai tambah bagi pemegang saham. 4 RIDING THE WAVES OF CHANGE WITH GROWING CONFIDENCE AND HUMILITY LAPORAN TAHUNAN 2019

INTRODUCTION

Misleading information regarding Banten earthquake and tsunami happened at the end of 2018 towards Ancol Beach tourism has brought less favorable impact to the company throughout the quarter I year 2019. With confidence and modesty, the Company tried to regain Ancol’s activities as Jakarta beach recreation area. Numerous innovations were made, such as the launching of new rides in Dunia Kartun and Asthatirta in Eid Al Fitr week, and Mola-mola, as well as revitalization of parks and beach with stone theme as part of symphony of the sea revitalization at the end of the year so that Jakarta’s society is able to enjoy Ancol area once again. Various services were improved such as addition to Sato-sato train route, toilets with unique concept that are friendly to children and elderly, and breast feeding room, main road repair in the rides area, as well as other maintenance activities. In the service sector, the Company continued Ancol Service Quality Journey, as one of the measuring tools related to consistency in running Fixed Procedure for visitors service in the recreation area or in the property area. Not only that, sustainable program also continue to be encouraged as an inseparable part from the Company’s efforts in creating beautiful and harmonious Ancol area environment. Environment activities such as integrated waste management known as Ancol Zero Waste, nature conservation activities, or other communities programs and disaster response were conducted in order to build harmonious relations with all stakeholders. In order for environment to have a clear reference, the Company made an updated standardization, namely ISO 9001 on quality management for Dunia Fantasi and ISO 14001 regarding environmental management for the entire recreation area & the Ancol property. All of these initiations and innovations were certainly the basis for the Company to continue on growing its performance, either in Ancol area management as tourism and entertainment destination in Jakarta, or in the performance achievement in order to give added value to the shareholders. ANCOL SELAYANG PANDANG ANCOL OVERVIEW Sejak pengembangan awal di abad ke-17 oleh Pemerintahan Hindia Belanda, yang kemudian dikembangkan secara struktural oleh Pemerintah Indonesia di era 1960-1966, kini Kawasan Ancol telah menjadi salah satu destinasi pariwisata di Indonesia, khususnya bagi warga Jakarta.
