CENTRAL SCHOOL 2021 ANNUAL AWARD PRESENTATION

BULAHDELAH

Strive to Achieve

Bulahdelah Central School was established in 1868 and has served the local and surrounding communities for more than 150 years. The school has a current enrolment of 420 students from Kindergarten to Year 12 and a dedicated teaching and support staff of 50. The 2021 school year has been a year like no other. Although record flooding and COVID-19 restrictions resulted in periods of home learning and the cancellation of many school events, the perseverance, commitment and spirit shown during these challenging times are a credit to the strengths and talents of our school community. We sincerely thank our students, parents, carers and families for their ongoing support and understanding throughout this difficult year. The annual awards recognise the academic, sporting, cultural and community achievements of our students. The awards also reflect commitment to the BCS PRIDE values of Participation, Respect, Innovation, Determination and Excellence which are central to the schools approach to teaching, learning and leadership. Congratulations to the award recipients on your successes and personal achievements. We value the hard work, determination and resilience shown throughout this extraordinary year and commend our students on their ability to face the challenges with positivity.
