I extend my warmest greetings and salutations to the officers and members of the ASSOCIATION OF

ORIENTAL MINDORO as you celebrate your 33rd Anniversary and Induction Ball on September 19, 2026 at Anaheim, California. The Association of Oriental Mindoro (OMASC) has truly come a long way since it was founded by our "kababayans" in California thirty-three years ago. It is not just a social club but more importantly has evolved into a philanthropic and charitable organization that has undertaken various socio-civic projects for the benefit of communities and individuals in your home province of Oriental Mindoro. The theme for this year's celebration, "SHINING THROUGH SERVICE" captures the essence of the mission of the Association. This Association also serves as a venue for our fellow Mindorenos in the United States to forge strong ties of kinship and camaraderie while living in your adoptive country. You may have been away from Oriental Mindoro for years and decades but this Association serves as an extension of your old hometown and reminds you of the land where you were born and raised. Let me also extend my congratulations and best wishes to the officers of the Association led by its president, Maria Estela Aceron Bisnar, Esq., my "kababayang" from Calapan City whom I was privileged to work with when I was City Mayor and she was a City Councilor and later as Vice Governor when I served as Governor. With her at the helm, I am confident that your Association will be infused with vitality, dynamism and strong bonds of friendship among the members. Mabuhay ang Association of Oriental Mindoro!

I extend my warmest greetings and salutations to the officers and members of the ASSOCIATION OF

MESSAGE FROM:

Mabuhay, MaHal TaNa!

My warmest greetings to the officers, members, families, and friends of the Association of Oriental Mindoro (OMASC) as you celebrate your 33rd Anniversary and Induction Ball with the inspiring theme, “Shining Through Service.” Thirty-three years is a remarkable journey. It speaks of an organization that has endured because of a shared bond that goes beyond distance and time. Though many of you now call California home, your connection to Oriental Mindoro remains strong. You continue to carry with you the values, memories, friendships, and love for the Province that shaped you. What makes this celebration even more meaningful is that OMASC has never allowed distance to become a reason to forget home. Instead, you have found ways to remain connected and to be of service to your fellow Oriental Mindoreños. Through the years, your organization has become a source of friendship, support, and goodwill among our kababayans abroad and back home. The theme, “Shining Through Service,” truly captures the spirit of OMASC. To serve is to remember where we came from and to use what we have to make life a little better for others. It is in the quiet acts of generosity, in extending a helping hand, and in standing with our fellow Oriental Mindoreños during times when they need it most that the true meaning of service is found. As Governor of Oriental Mindoro, I extend my sincere appreciation for the friendship, goodwill, and continued support that OMASC has given to our Province and our people. Your dedication is a beautiful reminder that no matter how far our journey takes us, there will always be a part of us that belongs to home. May this 33rd anniversary celebration be a joyful occasion to honor the people who have built OMASC through the years, welcome those who now carry its mission forward, and renew the bond that brings our kababayans together. May you continue to be a light to others through your service, and may your love for Oriental Mindoro continue to inspire generations of Oriental Mindoreños wherever they may be. Congratulations on your 33rd Anniversary, and may your celebration be filled with joy, gratitude, and cherished memories. Mabuhay ang OMASC! Mabuhay ang ating mga kababayang Oriental Mindoreño! GOVERNOR HUMERLITO A. DOLOR, MPA, Ph.D. Chairman, MIMAROPA Regional Development Council & Regional Peace and Order Council
