Bullyid App Bullyid Indonesia is a not-for-profit organization registered as NMA Foundation (ID: Yayasan NMA) with reg. no 0377350102014. Bullyid Indonesia has digitally benefitted over 220,000+ Indonesians to provide psychological support, reporting platform and legal assistance who are victims and survivors of harassment and cyberbullying through Bullyid App, as well as digital literacy, cybersecurity awareness and cyber-harassment prevention to young people, adolescents and adults. Projects we have been doing, including: (i) supporting victims and survivors of cyber harassment with legal and psychological support; (ii) raising awareness of the problem and contributing to behavioural change; (iii) strengthening law enforcement and legislative reforms; and (iv) developing solutions within the technology and online service provider community. As a tech NGO, Bullyid Indonesia has developed various tech tools to solve social issues; in 2019, we created Relationship Health Check Bot to educate people about intimate partner violence; in May 2020, the SHARE (Sexual - Harassment Anonymous Reporting) Platform - was designed to connect Universities and its staff, lecturers and students to report any misconduct behaviour, helping University to analyse, manage and investigate every single reports directly from SHARE Platform. In 2021, Bullyid Indonesia focused on developing digital technology to strengthen the prevention of online harassment and cyberbullying on social media. With the support from UNESCO Bangkok, we developed Bullyid Bot - using Machine Learning, designed to gently remind Twitter users who share negative and abusive comments on Twitter that their actions harm other users. Our advocacy and data directly contributed to the inclusion of nonconsensual intimate image provisions in Indonesia's 2022 Sexual Violence Law. We work with the Ministry of Women Empowerment and Children Protection (KemenPPPA), the National Cybercrime Agency, UNESCO, UNICEF, IOM, ITU, Meta, TikTok, and Microsoft.
