THE TRUE HELP

THE TRUE HELP

Aditya and Amit were close friends in school. Aditya came from a rich family, while Amit was from a simple background. Both were intelligent and good at studies. Aditya often lent pens to friends but never cared to take them back. One day, 15 students were selected for an international-level exam. Both Aditya and Amit were chosen to attend. At the exam venue, the teacher asked about their stationery. Aditya stood silently in a corner. Amit noticed Aditya looking worried and asked what happened. Aditya began to cry and said he had forgotten his bag. In the hurry of boarding the bus, he left it behind. He felt helpless and afraid of missing the exam. 1

THE TRUE HELP

Amit understood his

friend’s situation without laughing. He kindly lent his pen to Aditya. Aditya was relieved and wrote his exam confidently. He realized the value of timely help. After the exam, Aditya thanked Amit sincerely. He understood that true help comes from the heart. From that day, he helped others genuinely, not to show off. He learned that real friendship means standing by each other in need. Moral: The worth of help depends on the person who receives it Adit S. Sagar- 6 2

THE STORY OF RAJU AND SEETHA’S

FRIENDSHIP Raju lived with his parents and younger brother Dhanush. His parents were strict with him but gentle with Dhanush. Raju accepted this and tried to be responsible. Later, the family moved from Madurai to Mysore. In Mysore, Raju met his neighbour Seetha. They became close friends and studied together. On Raju’s birthday, his parents forgot to wish him. Only Seetha remembered and surprised him with a gift. Raju felt hurt remembering how his birthdays were once special. He noticed Seetha’s parents treated their children equally. This made him feel jealous and confused. Slowly, he began ignoring Seetha. 3

She said it was another world and suddenly disappeared. The friends became curious to discover the truth. They decided to time-travel with Edwin to investigate. During the journey, a boy named Kin appeared. He asked to join them, and they agreed. Together, they continued their mission. 5

THE TWO OWN FRIENDS

During summer vacation, two best friends went on a trip together. They had been friends since childhood. Even after growing up and working, their bond remained strong. They enjoyed remembering old memories. One night, while walking on the road, Ram apologized suddenly. Raj was confused and asked the reason. Ram confessed that he had stolen Raj’s gold chain, ring, and money. He admitted that greed made him lie and blame Raj. Raj felt shocked and hurt by the confession. But he remained calm and listened carefully. He told Ram that what he did was wrong. Still, he chose to forgive his friend. 7
