F i l i p i n a V i l l a Resort Development — Mountain Retreat Concept This rendering showcases a contemporary tropical resort nestled against a lush mountain landscape. The design emphasizes harmony between architecture and nature, blending open spaces, natural materials, and warm lighting to create an inviting atmosphere. Sustainable features include solar panel carports, green pergolas, and passive ventilation strategies that reduce energy demand. The spatial flow encourages community interaction around the pool deck and outdoor lounges while offering privacy through landscaped buffers. The layout features a central pool area surrounded by leisure amenities, dining spaces, and private villas. Each structure incorporates modern tropical elements— pitched roofs, pergolas with climbing greenery, and extensive glazing to frame panoramic views. The red and neutral palette adds vibrancy while maintaining a grounded connection to nature. m a ñ a s residence A modern 250 sq.m, single-story villa with a minimalist design, featuring large glass panels, warm wood accents, and a sleek flat roof. The layout includes an inviting poolside lounge area and pergola, blending indoor comfort with outdoor relaxation in a serene natural setting. The plan includes a spacious open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area connected to a lanai and pool area, three bedrooms, a gym, an office, and a master suite.
