CIGAR Coaching Model This pragmatic model leads coachees from their Current situation, to envisioning an Ideal outcome, identifying the Gaps, developing an Action plan, and Reviewing progress. It’s ideal for developmental coaching with clear, measurable results. STAR Coaching Model The STAR model is built around emotional and behavioural awareness. It supports the coachee in understanding a Situation, their Thoughts and Feelings, related Actions, and the Results of those actions, making it effective for behaviour change and reflective coaching. RESULTS Coaching Model RESULTS™ is a performance-focused coaching model centered on strategic thinking and sustainable execution. It guides coachees to Reflect, Evaluate, Strategize, Understand resource needs, Listen, Take Action, and Systematize their changes for lasting impact. STRIDE Coaching Model STRIDE is a goal- and growth-focused model that emphasizes a strengths-first approach. Coachees Spot their strengths, define a Target, explore their Reality, generate Ideas, make a Decision, and engage in Evaluation for ongoing development. FLOW Coaching Model Inspired by the principles of positive psychology, FLOW enables progress through clarity and momentum. It helps the coachee Find the challenge, Look at reality, Open possibilities, and Win commitment to actionable steps forward.

SUCCESS is a holistic model that frames coaching as a progressive journey. It starts with Session Planning, reflects on Uplifting Experiences, Charts a Course, Creates Opportunities, establishes Expectations, fosters Synergy, and works to Sustain Progress. GO-PASS Coaching Model The GO-PASS model walks coachees through clear goal achievement. It begins with identifying a Goal, exploring Options, creating a Plan, taking Action, building Structure to monitor progress, and celebrating Success to reinforce learning and momentum. RADAR Coaching Model RADAR is a simple and relationally focused coaching model that begins by building Rapport, Asking about Difficulties, Affirming Understanding, and creating a shared plan for the desired Result. It’s especially effective in supportive, person-centered coaching. SHINE Coaching Model SHINE is an original, motivational model focused on transformational coaching. It encourages the coachee to See the Vision, Harness Strengths, Identify Obstacles, Navigate the Path, and Elevate & Evolve, empowering progress with purpose, clarity, and resilience.
