The Feast of the Black Nazarene is a significant event celebrated by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Laoag. The Immaculate Conception Parish in Barangay 16 Quiling Sur, City of Batac, Ilocos Norte, plays a central role in this annual feast. The feast honors the Mahal na Poong Nazareno and is considered a symbol of hope and light for pilgrims. The event is scheduled for January 9, 2025, with various activities leading up to the main celebration.

During the festivities, there will be a Triduum Mass starting on January 6, 2025, with different sponsors each day. The culmination of the feast will be on January 9, 2025, with an assembly at the Black Nazarene Chapel followed by a motorcade, Holy Rosary, and Holy Mass. The event will also include the awarding of a Certificate of Appreciation to Hermano Mayor 2025, recognizing their contributions to the community.

A prayer to Jesus, the Black Nazarene, will be recited, asking for His mercy, guidance, and blessings during this Jubilee Year of Hope. The prayer emphasizes the importance of faith, sacrifice, and love in following the path set by Jesus. Participants are encouraged to trust in God's will, find strength in challenges, and spread love and compassion to others. The prayer aims to inspire individuals to grow in faith, hope, and charity, ultimately bringing glory to God.
