ADP F&BO CULTURE COUNCIL

NEWSLETTER December 2025 Driving Our Future As we close out 2025, we reflect on a year that tested our resilience—with competitive setbacks and a significant performance impact on one of our key programs. Yet, through teamwork and innovative problem‑solving, we still achieved milestone successes, highlighted by the X‑59’s inaugural flight and the celebration of 70 years of the iconic U‑2. Looking ahead to 2026, fresh opportunities await: emerging technologies, upgraded processes and tools, expanded partnership pipelines, and a refreshed strategic roadmap that positions us to capture growth and drive forward‑thinking solutions. Together, we’ll turn today’s lessons into tomorrow’s successes.

By revising the CBOM template to incorporate 1LMX requirements and presenting those changes during the BOE Author 1LMX Roadshow, he helped standardize the new practices ADP‑wide. Additionally, Chandler contributed to the core testing of the 1LMX MCE Tool, providing critical feedback that accelerated its deployment and adoption for all of Aero. Ai-Thao Pham Sr. Proposal Analyst COLLABORATE TO WIN Ai‑Thao exemplifies the “Collaborate to Win” behavior by developing an Advanced Mock ADP CBOM that she shared as a training resource, enabling newer material estimators to tackle unfamiliar scenarios, broaden their expertise, and positioning herself as the subject‑matter expert for the mock CBOM.
