ADP F&BO CULTURE COUNCIL NEWSLETTER In my six years here at Lockheed Martin, I am continually reminded of the excitement that drew me to the company - the cutting-edge products and services that drive our mission. A pivotal moment for me was attending an Aeronautics conference three years ago, where a business development VP showcased the innovative spirit of Skunk Works. The glimpse of a future aircraft design, with the promise of "you'll see what we're working on now in thirty years," left a lasting impression on me and solidified my personal goal to be part of a team that pushes the boundaries of excellence. The daily efforts to meet complex challenges demonstrate the high standards we strive for. To build on this success, I believe it's essential to leverage best practices and lessons learned from across our programs. By fostering a culture of collaboration and proactive resource sharing, we can unlock new opportunities for innovation and growth.
