Inspirational Message

As we close School Year 2024-2025, I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to our learners, teachers, school staff, parents, and partners who have been part of this shared journey. This year's theme, Henerasyon ng Pagkakaisa: Kaagapay ng Bagong Pilipinas, underscores our collective effort in strengthening our education system to meet the demands of a rapidly evolving world. I have seen this commitment firsthand in my visits to schools across the country. I have met learners who wake up before dawn to walk kilometers to learn, teachers who go beyond their duty, and parents who sacrifice to provide their children with better opportunities. These realities push us to craft enduring reforms. Through the 5-Point Reform Agenda, we have taken concrete steps to address classroom shortage, strengthen our workforce by filling critical personnel, accelerate digitalization, enrich career pathways, and implement policies that lead to lasting systemic improvements. We opened the doors of our offices and schools to our partners in the private sector to make all of these happen. Beyond solving existing challenges, we are also spearheading the groundwork for a future-ready education system. Our goal is not just about an uptick in numbers. Our goal is for every Filipino child, no matter where they are, to have the opportunity for learning, growth, and success. To our teachers and school staff, your dedication is the foundation of this transformation. Your hope and hard work are the reason we are making progress. To parents and guardians, your support at home shapes the aspirations of our learners and inspires them to strive for more. To our students, you are the heart of everything we do. Your dreams fuel our drive to make education better and more inclusive. And to our graduates and completers of SY 2024-2025, congratulations! You are the generation that binds all of us together. As you step into the next chapter of your lives, bring with you the values of perseverance, resourcefulness, and compassion that define us as Filipinos. As we move forward, DepEd, under the administration of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., remains committed to raising the quality of education, strengthening governance, and ensuring that our youth reach their full potential. With an unyielding commitment to equity, we will build a stronger, more inclusive education system for generations to come. Maraming salamat at mabuhay ang edukasyon ng Bagong Pilipinas! Senator Juan Edgardo "Sonny" Angara SENATOR AND DEPED SECRETARY

Today marks a pivotal moment in your lives-a culmination of years of hard work, perseverance, and growth. As you sit here adorned in caps and gowns, take a moment to reflect on how far you've come. Behind every lesson learned, every challenge overcome, and every milestone achieved lies the unwavering support of your families and teachers who believed in you even when doubt crept into your minds. Let this celebration be treated not just as academic success but of resilience and determination. Education is more than just acquiring knowledge; it is about shaping character, fostering empathy, and preparing you to face an ever-changing world with courage and integrity. In Central Luzon, we have always emphasized holistic development-nurturing not only the mind but also the heart and soul. You are stepping into a future where creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration will define success. Remember that the values instilled in you during your formative ycars will serve as your compass as you navigate life's complexities and opportunities. As you leave the halls of your schools, I urge you to embrace lifelong learning. The world is evolving at an unprecedented pace, driven by technology and innovation. Stay curious, stay adaptable, and never stop secking ways to grow. Whether you choose to pursue higher education, entrepreneurship, or employment, let passion and purpose guide your decisions. Be bold enough to dream big yet remain humble enough to learn from failures. Your journey does not end here— it has only just begun. To the parents and guardians, thank you for entrusting us with the privilege of educating your children. Your sacrifices, encouragement, and love have been instrumental in their achievements. To our tireless educators, your dedication and commitment have truly inspired our learners. Together, we have built a foundation for these young individuals to thrive and become responsible citizens who can contribute positively to society. Let us continue working hand-in-hand to uplift education in our Region. In the spirit of our shared vision for education as echoed by Secretary Angara, let us remember that true progress lies not only in individual success but in collective empowerment. As graduates of DepEd Central Luzon, you are now torchbearers of change- entrusted with the responsibility to uplift those around you and contribute to a more inclusive and equitable society. Your education is not just a personal milestone; it is a gift meant to be shared, a tool to bridge divides, and a force to drive meaningful transformation. Let compassion guide your actions, and let your achievements inspire others to dream bigger and aim higher. Together, we can build a future where no learner is left behind. Finally, dear graduates, carry with you the pride of being part of DepEd Central Luzon's legacy. Go forth with confidence, knowing that you are equipped to make meaningful contributions to your communities and beyond. May you rise above challenges, seize opportunities, and remain steadfast in your pursuit of excellence. Congratulations, Class of 2025-2026! The future belongs to you-shape it wisely. Ronnie S. With great honor and deep gratitude, I extend my congratulations to the Class of 2024-2025! This milestone is not only a celebration of academic success but a recognition of every challenge you have overcome, every lesson learned, and every effort made with heart and purpose. The theme "Generation of Unity: Partners for the New Philippines" calls us to a deeper awareness of our collective responsibility. It is a reminder that nation-building does not begin in grand arenas-it begins in the home, in the classroom, and in the everyday decisions made by learners, educators, and citizens who are grounded in values and driven by purpose. In DepEd Tarlac Province, we have committed ourselves to ensure that education is not limited by geography, circumstance, or status. We believe that every child, regardless of their unique context, has the right to quality learning opportunities. Education must remain an equalizer-accessible, inclusive, and meaningful to all. Anchored on the division's various quality management initiatives and strategic realignments, our division continues to sharpen its strategic direction by investing in curriculum leadership, evidence-based planning, and professional growth. These are not simply compliance mechanisms-they are our collective response to the evolving demands of the 21st century. Through this approach, we stay aligned with our core values of Maka- Diyos, Maka-Tao, Maka-Kalikasan, at Maka-Bansa. To our graduates: take pride in what you have achieved, but more importantly, understand what it asks of you. You are now equipped with 21st-century competencies-critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication-but these must be grounded in integrity, compassion, and service. Intelligence alone will not sustain you. It is faith in God, honesty in your dealings, industry in your pursuits, and genuine concern for others that will define your success. May you always choose to lead with purpose and serve with humility. Be the kind of citizen who builds, who listens, who leads with humility, and who uplifts others. Let the Tarlakhenyo virtues of being Matatag at Marangal guide your next steps-not only in your careers, but in your role as future leaders of this country. To our teachers, parents, and education partners-thank you for standing with us in shaping the learners of today into the nation-builders of tomorrow. Your commitment gives meaning to our work in DepEd. Serving the Schools Division of Tarlac Province has been an honor I will always hold with pride-made even more meaningful by the people I've worked with and our shared dedication to what truly matters: teaching children what they are supposed to learn, guiding them with care, and making sure they learn not just for school, but for life. To the graduates: believe in what you have learned, stand by what is right, and walk into your future with clarity and conviction. Our communities and our country need your voice, your leadership, and your unity. Congratulations, Class of 2024-2025. Mabuhay ang mga Tarlakhenyo! Jessie D. Ferrer, CESO V SCHOOLS DIVISION SUPERINTENDENT

Graduation is the first time life hands you the pen and says, "Now, you write the story." And in this story, you carry your name, the silent sacrifices of your family, the effort of your teachers, and the quiet hope of your community. Ito ay hakbang patungo sa panibagong laban na kaya mong harapin dahil pinanday ka na ng bawat pagsubok na nalampasan mo. As your mayor, I see each graduate as proof that Capas is moving forward-one learner, one family, one dream at a time. You don't owe the world perfection; you only owe it your participation. So show up, wherever you go, with integrity, kindness, and grit. Huwag mong sukatin ang sarili mo sa laki ng entablado, kundi sa bigat ng paninindigang dala mo. Sa gobyernong tapat, ang tulad mong nagsusumikap ang tunay na bida ng pagbabago. Atty. Roseller “Boots” Rodriguez MUNICIPAL MAYOR OF CAPAS
