The objective of education is to prepare the young minds to educate themselves. I believe, if there is one thing that can change the world it is education and schools are the main pillars of formal education keeping in mind always, that to formal teach is to touch a life forever, I firmly believe in holistic education that encompasses academics, co-curricular activities, sports education and life curricular life-skill learning. The adage, “We live in deeds and not in years” clearly speaks about the qualities which a child develops and imprints it in their characteristic traits in school life. Goodness is the king of all virtues. It is a quality which is sowed in the early childhood days making one human and compassionate. onate. 12TH STD STUDENTS th The program was arranged by the students of STD 11 supported by the management manageme which was full of fun and frolic. It was a day of mixed emotions as we would be missing them but still was happy that their future was bright. 5|Page
Vidyasagar International College believes in holistic development so we celebrate all the Traditional Days with active events .This year the students of lebrate STD 11th organised: Traditional dressing and extempore speeches and dances only in Marathi Language. The best student was identified and later awarded in Annual Day 6|Page
Annual Prize distribution is the only day that all the students crave for as it is on for, this day that students are honoured for their achievements. This academic year too had seen several events which gave us many awardees awardees. 7|Page
FestivalThe Jr. College students never miss a chance to be away from the traditional and cultural diversities of our country. The month of March comes in with Holi, representing various emotions and , elements of nature. Red symbolizes love and fertility, yellow signifies symbolizes prosperity and new beginnings, blue is associated with the divine Krishna and green embodies the rejuvenation of life and the onset of spring. The throwing of these colors isn’t just fun fun—it’s a way to celebrate the changing seasons and create a communal sense of unity. The students of STD 11th organized a unique way of spreading love. They invited their Principal Mrs.Rachana Chakraborty and teachers Anita Rai Miss, Babita miss and also Ritesh Sir and then the teachers applied small teachers color patches on their faces. 8|Page
This was the most awaited competition of the Academic year. The topic selected was also the actual need of the hour “Love Marriage v/s Arranged Marriage”. The judges for t completion were Mrs.Jyostna Ghose and Mrs. the Anita Rai. They were welcomed by flowers. The whole class was divided into two teams headed by Khushboo Yadav and Sakina Khandwalala. The Debate Competition started with the speech of honourable principal Mrs. Rachana Chakraborty who shared the importance of participating in debate. 9|Page
