• • • • • • • • • Meeting no. 416 called to order by President Invocation Introduction of the Rotarians and Guests Initiation of session 416 Education Supplies Distribution Project at Rotary Literacy School Post-Discussion of project status and upcoming meeting Confirmation of RWM 415 minutes Meeting Adjournment Fellowship Event Review Moments The Fourth Meeting of year 2025-2026. The event took place at Rotary Literacy School, Firoz Shah, Chittagong. A special guest, Former District Governor Engr. Motiur Rahman attended the event. Session 416 was called to order with discussions related to the preparation for execution of the project regarding distribution of educational supplies at that very session (as discussed in session 415). The convene was then led to execute the project. The teachers and students had a discussion panel discussing the importance of assistance required in acquiring quality education. Followed by many speeches of inspiration towards students and appreciation towards teachers from both members and special guest. Students of the Rotary Literacy School werethen provided with educational supplies. The segment was concluded by recognizing the outstanding academic performance and Impeccable SSC results outcome of Miss Nazifa Morshed, the daughter of past president Kamrul Morshed Tomal. Recognition of such impressive achievement not only helps boost morale but also helps inspire students of the event and motivate them further. A post-event meeting was called to select a date for the upcoming meeting. Minutes of Session 415 were reviewed. The way the project was executed was reviwed and feedbacks were taken to ensure further improvements to be made in the future projects and events. Meeting was adjourned with a prospective tabled to discuss further projects and social welfare projects/programs to be discussed in the next meeting.
