ADP F&BO CULTURE COUNCIL NEWSLETTER Skunk HIGHLIGHT Miss’Ola Tate Senior Manager, Business Management I have been with Lockheed Martin for 19 years and currently serve as a Senior Manager in Business Management. I’m honored to be recognized for my dedication to the ADP F&BO Get‑to‑Excellence Plan, and I enjoy sharing the vision for this initiative with the ADP F&BO community—connecting with fellow “Skunks” around a common, forward‑looking goal. The Get‑to‑Excellence plan is more than a roadmap; it represents a mindset shift. We are re‑imagining how we conduct business and working closely with internal customers to standardize our product offerings. A series of process‑improvement initiatives will boost cash collections, enhance our classified tools, and, most importantly, embed a culture of continuous improvement across the F&BO community. Success will be measured by how widely the plan is adopted and how easily best practices are shared throughout the enterprise. The corporation is providing tools like APEX to aid us in accelerating this process for our Skunks. What excites me most about this plan is the opportunity to eliminate—or, more realistically, dramatically reduce—manual work, allowing us to focus on efficient, value‑driven activities.
