Orientation and Training

Continuing education is emphasized, with staff required to maintain ongoing learning records and certifications in CPR and AED training. Safety training, including drills and updates, is a priority to ensure preparedness for emergencies.

Personnel Policies

KidTown Learning Academy offers full-time and part-time positions, with schedules aligned with children's needs.
