Scope of Works : (Civil, MEP, Fit-out, Steel Structure, Beach Club, Glass Façade, Wood Works, Landscaping) The Beach Club KYMA Beach Club comprises a grand entrance walkway that leads into a dedicated retail unit, creating a welcoming arrival experience. The main building features a fully glazed façade with an indoor dining area suppor ted by a commercial kitchen, BOH ser vice spaces, and well-appointed guest washrooms. The exterior landscape includes a central swimming pool surrounded by sunbeds, private cabanas, and an outdoor bar. The outdoor area also provides banquet-style seating for events and dining, offering guests a complete beachfront leisure and hospitality experience. The Palm Jumeirah Il Faro Trattoria -Italian Restaurant was transformed into Tagomago beach Club located at the Palm Jumeirah, at Azure Residence / The Shoreline Street, giving it privileged access to sea views and a private -beach setting and dining destination designed to evoke the bohemian spirit of the Balearic Islands. The spatial planning integrates multiple zones — main restaurant, shaded terraces, pergola dining, chiringuito beach bar, private beach with loungers, and an adults-only pool — creating a flexible environment for dining, leisure, and social gatherings. Natural materials, timber structures, textured plaster, and ear thy tones define the architectural language, while vibrant coastal accents introduce a relaxed Balearic character. Scope of Works : (Civil, MEP, Fit-out, Steel Structure, Beach Club, Glass Façade, Wood Works, Landscaping) The Green house Restaurant The former tennis cour t space in the hotel was demolished to make way for the new restaurant. The concept: a greenhouse -inspired French brasserie — a “glasshouse” restaurant inspired by greenhouses and market halls — combining lush greener y, natural light, and a relaxed yet refined ambience. The restaurant is operated by RIKAS Hospitality Group in collaboration with MAJID AL FUT TAIM / Kempinski Hotel MOE. Eugène Eugène features a greenhouse -inspired design with abundant greener y, including palms, olive trees, and aromatic plants that create a calm, garden-like atmosphere. The inte riors combine natural materials-rattan furniture, woven textures, plush seating, and a signature green marble bar—to achieve a refined yet relaxed aesthetic. Large glass walls and a glass roof flood the space with natural light,enhancing the conser vator y feel. Flexible zoning allows the restaurant to transition seamlessly between daytime dining, evening cocktails, weekend brunches & private events, making it a versatile & inviting F&B destination. Blue Water Island Dubai Maison Revka brings its signature French elegance and Slavic-inspired charm to the prestigious Delano Dubai, located on the lively Bluewaters Island. The mezzanine level features the main dining area along with an exclusive private dining space, enhanced by a verandah extension. The outdoor experience is highlighted by a luxurious pool feature and a dedicated outdoor bar. Surrounding this are cantilevered decks fitted with sunbeds, private tents each offering a small individual pool, and an outdoor dining zone shaded with elegantly designed wooden pergolas.
