Welcome to the Winter Arts Festival

The 2025 Winter Arts Festival, hosted by River Valley Percussion Theatre, River Valley Winter Guard, and River Valley Sound, welcomes all participating groups and spectators to enjoy exciting performances. The event is made possible by the support of parents, committees, sponsors, school district, and community. Students are encouraged to join the 728 Cadets Marching Band or one of the River Valley Winter Arts groups. The 728 Cadets organization offers opportunities for students to showcase their skills in music, performance, marching, theater, and dance throughout the year.

728 Cadets Organization

The 728 Cadets is a non-profit organization that provides students from Independent School District 728 with the chance to participate and compete in the marching arts. Through programs like the 728 Cadets, River Valley Percussion Theatre, River Valley Winterguard, and River Valley Sound, students can pursue excellence in music in motion while gaining valuable life experiences. Supporting the Cadets and Winter Arts is possible through various formats such as local events and donations.

Concessions and Fundraising

Guests are encouraged to visit the concessions stand during the event, with proceeds supporting the River Valley Winter Arts Programs. The stand offers a variety of items such as candy, water, pizza, chips, and more. Special thanks are extended to Nothing Bundt Cakes and Papa John’s Pizza for their partnership in fundraising and providing additional options for guests.
