After a successful teaching career in both the UK and Sweden, he transitioned into coaching and delivering inspirational talks to teenagers. His passion for coaching led him to work with educators in Sweden, eventually leading to the publication of his books 'The Coach in the Classroom' and 'Coaching Conversations'.
