Scope and Responsibility

The Code of Conduct applies to all employees, including regular, probationary, contractual, apprentice, trainees, and temporary status. The management is responsible for implementing the code, investigating violations, and applying just penalties.

Disciplinary Policies

Disciplinary actions are motivated by Christian love to educate and transform individuals for their betterment. Penalties are graduated based on the seriousness and repetition of the offense, considering the employee's past record.

Procedure

All disciplinary actions are documented and become part of the employee's file. Complaints regarding a breach of the Code of Conduct are reported to the Owner/Manager, who issues a "Show Cause Memo" for the offending employee to respond in writing within 24-48 hours.

The Penalties

Penalties include warnings, suspensions ranging from 1 to 30 days, and dismissal. A warning is signed by the Owner/Manager and attached to the employee's file. Suspension can be imposed for more serious offenses or repeated infractions, with preventive suspension for certain positions. Dismissal is the highest form of disciplinary action.
