Forest school time

We have Forest school sessions at least twice a week. We let you know when each half term so you can be prepared and bring all your forest school equipment in you bag. We enjoy exploring the forest and practising walking in our wellies on the bumpy ground. We look at all the nature around us and listen to the different sounds in the outdoors. Its great on the Forest. We love it,

Being Independent

Now you are 2 and a half, you are ready to do more things by yourself and the Collies Ladies will help you to do them. We practise talking and being able to ask for help, using our cutlery at dinner time, putting our own coat on, using pencils and scissors properly and going to to the toilet by ourselves. We do have our own changing area, where you can get your nappy changed if you still wear one, but we do have our own potties and a toilet for you to use when you don't wear nappies anymore. We use the sink to wash our hands after messy activities and before we eat.
