PRESENTED BY SHIVALIK ABOUT CONCOURSE A platform to learn, network and compete. Concourse aims to bring people together to create meaningful connections. Teams across the country unite at a single platform to compete and excel. Concourse brings the ‘Contest, Conflict & Compete’ theme this year. Businesses and individuals constantly contest for opportunities, market share, and consumer attention in a dynamic environment where differentiation is key. Conflict arises as industries face disruptions, economic fluctuations, and evolving customer expectations, requiring resilience and adaptability. To thrive, one must compete strategically— leveraging innovation, agility, and informed decision-making to stay ahead. This theme highlights the necessity of embracing challenges, navigating uncertainties, and fostering a winning mindset to sustain growth and success in a rapidly changing world. This year, We are back with a power-packed lineup that includes five new cultural events and eight intellectual events. Individual registrations, as well as group registrations, are welcomed. Participants will be tested on their management skills. The winners will be decided after a fair competition among the teams that will reach all the respective competition levels. Concourse is all about learning and connecting. We urge our participants to have a healthy competition with the aim of learning at the forefront. CONTEST CONFLICT COMPETE
PRESENTED BY SHIVALIK ABOUT GUIDELINES 1. Any participant pursuing his/her 11th or 12th in school, undergraduate or postgraduate studies currently enrolled in any recognised institution can participate. 2. For group events, team members cannot be from different institutions. 3. Any participant can participate in any number of events of his or her choice. 4. The events will take place at Ahmedabad University, whereas some will be held in hybrid mode to enable people nationwide to participate. 5. For online participants- please make sure you have a stable internet connection. 6. Participants from universities in Gujarat will not be allowed to participate online. 7. Participants from outside Ahmedabad will have to manage accommodation and travel by themselves. 8. The participants are required to reach 15 minutes before the event commencement timings. 9. For particular events, the participants or the participating teams will have to clear the first round of the events to qualify for the next round. 10. The verdict of the judges will be considered final in deciding the winners. 11. The language of communication will be English in all events except some liberty allowed in some exceptional cases. 12. The participants are requested to maintain decorum at the university and adhere to university guidelines. 13. A guided document will be provided for every registered event. 14. Registration will be considered only after the payment. 15. Any plagiarism will not be tolerated and will result in extreme consequences. We expect the participants to ideate and learn from the events. 16. Any sort of misconduct with the organising committee will not be entertained. 17.
