The Wālī is an Elective Position within the Government of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region and is considered the Ceremonial Head of the Region. الوالي هو منصب انتخابي داخل حكومة بانجسامورو ذاتية الحكم ويعتبر الرئيس الشرفي للمنطقة
ceremonial head of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM). While the Wālī does not have executive powers, they play an important symbolic role as the moral guardian of the region, upholding cultural and religious values. The Wālī has the parliamentary authority to convene and dissolve the Bangsamoro Parliament, ensuring the smooth functioning of the region’s legislative process. RA 11054, BA-ACT 13 The Wali of Bangsamoro, as provided under Republic Act No. 11054 and the Bangsamoro Administrative Code (BA Act No. 13), serves primarily as the ceremonial head of the Bangsamoro Government. SHEIKH MUSLIM MASAGLANG GUIAMADEN By Azhar F. Guiamadin Early Life الحياة المبكرة He was born on September 20, 1963, in the village of Paitan in the municipality of Mangudadatu, located in Maguindanao del Sur, Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM). ولد في 02 سبتمبر 3691 في قرية فايتان ببلدية مانغودا داتو، التي تقع في محافظة ماجينداناو الجنوبية، والتي تقع في منطقة بانجسامورو ذاتية الحكم في مينداناو المسلمة He started delivering Friday sermons and religious lessons to the youth since he was a student in the secondary level. He has been interested in the Arabic language from a young age, engaging in conversations and dialogues in Arabic with some of his friends. بدأ الشيخ بإلقاء خطب الجمعة ودروس دينية للشباب منذ كان طالبا في المرحلة اإلعدادية، وكان مهتًما منذ صغره باللغة العربية، حيث كان دائما يجري المحادثات والحوارات باللغة العربية مع بعض أصدقائه He enjoyed bird hunting using traditional and ancient hunting tools as a hobby during his leisure time, and he participated in popular games like "kagkasing"( the players play trompo by wrapping a string or a cord around it, knotting the string to its tip, then throwing it on the ground and they will wait until it stops spinning) and "kambinti" ( a locally Moro leg combat r game). كان يمارس صيد الطيور والعصافير باستخدام آالت الصيد التقليدية والقديمة كنشاط يحب القيام به في " أوقات فراغه وكان يشارك في األلعاب الشعبية مثل "( لعب الترومبو عن طريق لفKagkasing كاغكاسينج خيط أو حبل حوله، وربط الخيط بطرفه، ثم رميه عىل األرض وسينتظرون حتى يتوقف عن الدوران ) و " ( لعبة محلية لقتال باألرجل لدىKambinti "كامبينتي .مورو \When asked about significant events in his early life, he mentioned the horrific massacre carried out by the organization of Ilonggo Land Grabbing Association or ILAGA (a Christian extremist paramilitary group based in southern Philippines to fight the Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF) in the early seventies) in the village of Sisiman, resulting in the deaths of 17 innocent civilians, mostly elderly men and women. He also experienced separation from his parents for about a month and was forced with some friends to move and escape from one place to another due to the enemies' attack on their village at that time. عندما سئل عن األحداث المهمة في حياته المبكرة، ذكر المذبحة المروعة التي نفذتها منظمة إيالغا ( مجموعة مسلحة متطرفة مسيحية مقاتلة تقيم في جنوب الفلبين لمواجهة جبهة تحرير مورو الوطنية في أوائل السبعينات في قرية سيسيمان، والتي أسفرت عن مقتل 71 مدنيا بريًئا، معظمهم من كبار السن من الرجال والنساء. كما تعرض لفقدان والديه لمدة شهر تقريبا، واضطراره مع بعض األصدقاء لالنتقال والهروب من مكان إىل آخر نتيجة هجوم األعداء عىل قريتهم في ذلك الوقت Educational Journey المسيرة الدراسية الخاصة He studied Ibtida-i (elementary level) at Madrasah Al-Hidayah in his hometown, continued his education in the i’dadi (3 years junior high school) and thanawi (3 years senior high school) levels at Mahad Kutawato Asharque Al-Islamie in the town of Buluan, also located in the Province of Maguindanao del Sur. He completed his higher education (Faculty of Sharia) at the Islamic University. In Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, he worked as a preacher and religious guide for the Union of Overseas Bangsamoro, and he was a special representative for Bangsamoro students studying at the Islamic University in AlMadinah Al-Munawwarah, where the university appointed a representative for each country to communicate with him to inquire about information related to the student and his country. درس المرحلة االبتدائية في مدرسة الهداية في مسقط رأسه، واستكمل دراسته بالمرحلة اإلعدادية والثانوية في معهد كوتاواتو الشرقي اإلسالمي في بلدية بولوان، التي تقع أيًضا في محافظة ماجيندانا و الجنوبية. وأتم دراسته العالية (كلية الشريعة) بالجامعة اإلسالمية في المدينة المنورة بالمملكة العربية السعودية عام 9041هـ الموافق 9891م ، وكان واعظا ومرشدا دينيا إلتحاد بانجسـامورو في الخارج، وكان مندوبا خاصا لطالب بانجسـامورو الذين يدرسون في الجامعة اإلسالمية بالمدينة المنورة حيث عينت الجامعة لكل دولة مندوبا تتواصل معه لالستفسار عن المعلومات المتعلقة بالطالب وبلده
الحياة الخاصة Sheikh Guiamaden has seven children and succeeded in guiding them towards academic excellence, as three of his sons and four of his daughters completed their university education at Qatar University in Doha, Qatar. Sheikh Guiamaden enjoys walking, reading, and staying updated with the news. He spends a significant amount of his leisure time in religious advocacy and educating people about their faith. للشيخ جامادين سبعة أبناء ونجح في توجيههم نحو التفوق األكاديمي، حيث أنهى ثالثة من أبنائه وأربع من بناته تعليمهم الجامعي في جامعة قطر بدولة قطر. ُيحب ،الشيخ جامادين ممارسة رياضة المشي، والقراءة ومتابعة األخبار. يقضي جزًءا كبيرا من وقت فراغه في الدعوة إىل هللا وتوعية الناس بأمور دينهم Journey with the Front (Moro Islamic Liberation Front) )المسيرة مع الجبهة (جبهة تحرير مورو اإلسالمية Sheikh Guiamaden played a significant role in the Front, holding leadership positions such as military commander, secretary in the Arabic section of a disciplinary military division under the Bangsamoro Armed Forces, Chief of the Sharia Court in the Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq Camp in Bembaran, Head of the delegation of the Front outside the country several times, and also a Communication and Follow-up Officer for the representative of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front in Saudi Arabia during his university studies in Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah, and served as a representative and delegate of the Front in Qatar." لعب الشيخ جامادين دوًرا مهًما في الجبهة ، حيث شغل مناصب قيادية، منها: قائد عسكري للجبهة، وسكرتير في القسم العربي إلحدى األقسام العسكرية التأديبية التابعة لقوات بانجسامورو المسلحة اإلسالمية، ورئيس المحكمة الشرعية في معسكر أبي بكر الصديق في ،بمباران، ورئيس وفد الجبهة خارج البالد عدة مرات ومسؤول االتصال والمتابعة لمندوب جبهة تحرير مورو اإلسالمية في السعودية خالل دراسته الجامعية في المدينة المنورة، وممثل ومندوب الجبهة في قطر Life in Qatar فترة اإلقامة في قطر He spent a long period in Qatar that lasted for 27 years, where he worked in the Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs. Sheikh Guiamaden continued his advocacy work, delivering sermons and lessons in the mosque where he served as an Imam (the one who leads Muslim worshippers in prayer) . Additionally, he delivered Friday sermons in various mosques in Qatar. 27 قضى الشيخ فترة طويلة في دولة قطر استمرت لـ عاما، حيث عمل في وزارة األوقاف والشؤون اإلسالمية القطرية. وواصل الشيخ عمله الدعوي هناك، حيث كان إماًما يقدم الخطب والدروس في المسجد الذي يؤم فيه بالناس. باإلضافة إىل ذلك، كان يلقي خطب الجمعة في مساجد مختلفة بدولة قطر His relationship with the Front remained intact, where he served as a representative and delegate throughout his stay in Qatar. He monitored the conditions of the Bangsamoro residents and the Filipino community focusing on educating them about their faith and supporting them in various ways. Sheikh Guiamaden sought to unify his compatriots there by establishing the Union of Overseas Bangsamoro, the Filipino Muslim Union, and the Comprehensive Filipino School. لم تنقطع عالقته مع الجبهة، حيث كان ممثًال ومندوبا لها طوال فترة إقامته في دولة قطر. يتابع أحوال شعب ،بانجسامورو المقيمين هناك وأحوال الجالية الفلبينية وكان مهتما بتعليمهم أمور دينهم ودعمهم بكافة الطرق وحل المشكالت التي يواجهونها. سعى الشيخ إىل تعزيز وحدة أبناء بلده هناك من خالل تأسيس اتحاد بانجسـامورو في الخارج واتحاد مسلمي الفلبين والمدرسة الفلبينية المتكاملة He continued to develop himself by attending numerous courses and workshops, participating in local and international conferences and acquiring diverse and integrated skills that distinguished him and enabled him to overcome challenges and achieve success in various fields. واصل الشيخ تطوير نفسه وحضر العديد من الدورات والورشات والمؤتمرات المحلية والدولية، واكتسب المهارات المتنوعة والمتكاملة التي جعلته متميزا وقادًرا عىل التغلب عىل التحديات وتحقيق النجاحات في مختلف المجاالت
