President of Belgian Shepherd Club of Greece Dear Belgian Shepherds‘ family, I thought about starting this salutation more „formally“ but I really cannot. This is not an „official event“, this is a family reunion in my mind. And what a reunion... after two years of almost no competitions, a pandemic, a war and all the difficulties that history threw on our way. But, in spite of all these, we are here, in this magnificent location, with the unique hospitality of the local people and we are going to enjoy every minute of this FMBB World Championship! To make the long story short, I would like to thank the local authorities, from the major and the prefecturer to the last volunteer who really believed in our dream and made this event possible! Our team worked hard to prepare what you will enjoy during your stay. So, no more words, time for action, excitement and celebration! Αηαπητη οικογένεια των Βελγικών Ποιμενικών Σκέφτηκα να ξεκινήσω αυτόν τον χαιρετισμό πιο „επίσημα“, αλλά πραγματικά δεν μπορώ. Αυτή δεν είναι άλλη μια „επίσημη εκδήλωση“, αυτή είναι μια οικογενειακή συνάντηση στο μυαλό μου! Και τι συνάντηση... μετά από δυο χρόνια με σχεδόν καθόλου αγώνες, μια πανδημία, ένα πόλεμο και όλες τις δυσκολίες που η ιστορία έριξε στο διάβα μας. Αλλά, παρ‘ όλα αυτά, είμαστε εδώ, σε αυτή τη μαγευτική τοποθεσία, με τη μοναδική φιλοξενία των ντόπιων και θα απολαύσουμε κάθε στιγμή του Παγκοσμίου Πρωταθλήματος Βελγικών Ποιμενικών! Για να μην μακρυγορώ, θσ ήθελα να ευχαριστήσω τον Δήμο Καρπενησίου, την Περιφέρεια Ευρυτανίας, από τον κ. και τον κ. Throughout my career as a professional Shiatsu therapist for animals (horses and dogs), in Greece and abroad, I have encountered a variety of different conditions, such as muscle injuries, arthritis, age-related immobility, respiratory problems, depression, stress, phobias or hormonal disorders, and even osteosarcoma pain (cancer). I have witnessed how effective Shiatsu has been in relieving acute or chronic pain and in helping the animals to maintain flexibility, improve their wellbeing, and enhance the quality of their lives. 5
