Outline of the Week

The week of 08 - 12 July 2024 at Stanground Academy is packed with exciting events including Diversity & Culture Day, External Enrichment Trips, Enrichment Activities, Carnival Day, and Sports Day for all year groups. These events aim to promote teamwork, cultural appreciation, and community spirit among students.

Trip Allocations and Details

Trips are organized to enhance learning and community bonding, but their occurrence depends on student interest. Oversubscribed trips will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis with alternatives for those unable to secure a spot. Deposits are required to secure a place, and students must adhere to academy values during the trips. Flexibility is appreciated as trip plans may be adjusted based on interest levels.

Upcoming Trips

On Tue 9 July 2024, Year 7/8 students will embark on a thrilling adventure at Thorpe Park, known for its exhilarating rides and attractions. The next day, Wed 10 July 2024, Year 9/10 students will participate in an action-packed day at Bedlam Paintball, where strategy and teamwork will lead to victory in paintball games. Both trips promise unforgettable experiences filled with excitement and camaraderie.
