The Program Transformasi Minda (PTM) is introduced as an approach to expose and adapt the minds of officers at the early stages of their appointment in the public service. It aims to provide an understanding of national formation principles, government administration machinery, basic regulations of the public service, and personal development to meet challenges and customer expectations.
The objectives of PTM include providing exposure to national concepts, fostering personality and patriotism values, instilling excellent work culture, and developing a first-class mindset in alignment with the country's progress.
The curriculum framework of PTM consists of three segments: Nation and Public Service, Officer's Responsibilities and Roles, and First-Class Work Culture. These segments cover topics such as public service overview, national administration system, officer roles and facilities, integrity management, career paths, interpersonal management, and generic competencies.
