ADP F&BO CULTURE COUNCIL NEWSLETTER As I approach my 3-year anniversary with Lockheed Martin in June, I am proud to serve as a Business Manager and Ops Excellence Lead within the organization. One initiative that I am particularly enthusiastic about is the F&BO Get to Excellence Plan. I believe that its goal of striking a balance between standardization and uniqueness is crucial, as it will enable us to increase efficiency and consistency while still preserving the distinct strengths and characteristics of each ADP program.
