About Me

I developed a passion for cars at a very early age. Due to my family’s financial situation, I began to work parttime while attending high school. It was then I realized “if you put in the work, the results will come.” I have combined that passion for cars with my work ethics and over a thirteen-year period built a pre-owned dealership averaging 75 sales per month. We came a long way from starting a buy here, pay here dealership with an inventory of just ten vehicles. My dealership, Champion Auto Sales, is one the top three performing pre-owned dealerships in the Tallahassee area. I was the last of the three to enter the market. Since my inception I have steadily gained market share. I have increased my sales despite years when it was a stagnant market. I have been able to ascertain this success through tireless efforts, focusing on quality. We developed a buying system that allows us to buy coast to coast to maintain a constant inventory of over 100 vehicles at all times. Even during covid we managed to maintain a steady inventory of quality vehicle to continue our growth. Having a strong passion for entrepreneurship, I have used my skills to build a local empire of businesses beyond champion auto. Some of our other ventures include: 1. Skyline C-Stores. Our chain of gas stations and Cstores that are spread across the panhandle 2. Skyline Wholesale. C-Store wholesaler that currently services 3000 C-stores throughout the country

The Team JAY JUBRAN CEO/President MUHANAD JUBRAN Vice President With unwavering confidence, ambition, and adaptability, I aspire to achieve excellence. Cars are not just my profession but my passion, driving me to attain leadership within the automotive industry through dedication and relentless effort. Similar to my brother, I too began with humble beginnings. My career journey started at a young age in a gas station, but fueled by bigger aspirations, I chose to pursue them. I I enjoy engaging with customers on a personal level and contributing to our community's well-being. LARRY WRIGHT JARIKA BROWN With over 40 years in the auto industry, I am a seasoned sales veteran who firmly believes in the principle that "success is doing what you say." As a true leader, I excel in daily team management and inspire my colleagues to achieve excellence. Specializing in cultivating potential leads, I meticulously organize and schedule their "Champion Experience" from the outset. Moreover, I prioritize creating a welcoming environment where customers feel at home during their shopping experience with us. COO JUNIOR JUBRAN FInance Director As a father deeply invested in my local community, I understand the challenges of navigating financing. In my role, I am committed to securing approval for every customer who walks through our doors, regardless of their circumstances, ensuring inclusivity and support in their automotive journey. Management I Believe It is important to implement a fair balance of Mcgreggor’s X and Y styles of management. We try to only hire individuals who retain a deep and driven passion towards cars. When we are hiring we look for three key points: 1. Commitment to Growth and Success- We want our team to thrive and succeed but in order to succeed we must leverage strategic planning to ensure our long-term growth goals are met. We train our team to be goal setters who plan their long term acheivements. 2. Ambition- Our team must be driven leaders and ambition makes that possible. Everyone who works on sales team has a passion for cars and people. We believe those who love what they do will become the best verson of themselves possible so they can thrive in their preferred enviroment. 3. Honesty- This is the key to building long lasting relationships with consumers. Being honest with our clients ensures that they will trust us to refer their family members and friends. We need to make sure all of our employees utilize honesty in every aspect of their day to day work. Beyond these key points we care for our staff. We offer competitve pay and provide full benifits to our team including health insurance, PTO, and other benefits. This leads to a low turnover rate with our average employee lasting 7+ Years at a time. We focus on hiring individuals with minority backgrounds allowing us to be industry leaders when it comes to diversity.

ENGAGEMENT Over the years, our dealership has consistently supported numerous charities and organizations, reflecting our strong commitment to community involvement. Nevertheless, we prioritize giving back to the community. Here are some highlights of our contributions: Three Thanksgiving food drives have been organized, benefiting over 1000 families with turkeys and complete Thanksgiving meals, including stuffing and desserts. Twice, these efforts were solely funded by our dealership. In 2020, we partnered with Living Stones International, a faith-based nonprofit serving children and families in need or at risk. Supporting Local Schools: We take great pride in our ongoing sponsorship of various educational initiatives within our community. Beyond financial contributions, our dealership actively engages in enhancing school programs, infrastructure, and resources. This sponsorship highlights our dedication to fostering education, teamwork, and community pride among students across our area. Hurricane Relief Efforts: During the recent hurricane in Perry, FL, we dedicated over $10,000 to providing cooked meals for all the affected families in the town. Our initiative aimed to offer comfort and support during a challenging time, demonstrating our commitment to assisting communities in need during natural disasters. Trunk-or-Treat Events: Each year, we organize delightful Trunk-or-Treat events where we open car trunks and fill them with candies and treats. These events provide a safe and enjoyable way for children to celebrate Halloween, allowing them to visit each trunk and choose their favorite goodies. It's a festive occasion that brings families together and creates lasting memories during the Halloween season. Giveaways: As part of our community outreach efforts, we host car giveaways that have included notable vehicles such as a Nissan Pathfinder and a Chevy Malibu. Our car giveaways exemplify our commitment to making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals within our community. These initiatives underscore our ongoing commitment to making a positive impact in our community through various charitable endeavors.
