BISCAST Recognizes LET Passers and Conducts Orientation for Student Teachers

BISCAST honored September 2024 LET passers through a tribute ceremony and also conducted a two-day orientation, meeting, and election of officers for field study and incoming teaching internship students. The event featured inspirational messages from successful LET passers and emphasized the value of teaching with purpose and heart. Additionally, the college conducted LET enhancement classes in partnership with CBRC Naga to support education students in their preparation for the licensure examination. The program aimed to strengthen students' competencies in General Education and Professional Education subjects through intensive review sessions and mock board examinations.

STO Leads Clean-Up Drive and Hosts DepEd Ranking Seminar

The STO of BISCAST led a clean-up drive for fourth-year education students to promote cleanliness, discipline, and collective responsibility among future educators. The initiative aimed to instill the value of maintaining a clean learning environment. Furthermore, in partnership with CBRC Naga, the STO organized a DepEd Ranking Seminar to guide aspiring public school teachers through the Department of Education's ranking process. The seminar provided insights on application requirements, scoring systems, and strategies for success in interviews and demonstrations, reinforcing BISCAST's commitment to producing competent and well-prepared educators.
