Everyone has the potential to become a leader, and the center aims to help individuals and teams find their purpose to transform the community.

Leadership Development

The program offers Emerging Leaders and High Performing Teams tracks. Emerging Leaders is a yearlong program focusing on discovering leadership strengths, identifying individual assets, receiving resources for effective leadership, matching with volunteer opportunities, developing board service skills, and networking with other leaders. High Performing Teams program aims to build the team you've always wished for by enhancing leadership skills, accountability, assertiveness, innovation through healthy conflict, crucial conversations, and visionary team development.

Transformative Leadership Day

Events like Service & Leadership Symposium and Book Club offer opportunities to discover more about oneself, be more accountable, practice assertiveness, leverage healthy conflict, develop skills for crucial conversations, and become a visionary team. The programs aim to help individuals and teams grow and make a significant impact on the community.
