COVID-19 & Vaccination Policy

The ESYO Ensemble requires all members, employees, and volunteers to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to ensure the health and safety of everyone. Additionally, mask-wearing is mandatory during indoor rehearsals and events. The organization follows safety protocols set by performance venues, which may include mandatory vaccinations for individuals aged 12 and older.

Overview

ESYO has been providing music training and performance opportunities for young musicians in the Capital Region and Western New England since 1979. With 13 performing ensembles, a youth chorale, and the CHIME program, ESYO offers extensive rehearsal hours and over 30 public performances annually. The organization aims to challenge and inspire young musicians to achieve excellence through music in a supportive environment.

The Team

ESYO is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, creating a culture where all voices are heard and celebrated. The administrative team and conducting staff work together to provide exceptional learning experiences for students. The Young Leaders program offers leadership training and hands-on experience in the music industry for high school students.
