Within those areas of expertise, we provide design, installation and maintenance services, amongst others. Maintenance STM is an owner managed company, established in 2003. We have a hands-on approach and regularly visit all project sites. We employ experienced project managers and through ongoing training programs, ensure that every member of our team is well-trained. We are passionate about turf maintenance and pay special attention to detail. Construction CEO and Director, Kosie Mentz, has vast experience in golf course construction and has worked on major projects both abroad and in South Africa. STM combines knowledge, expertise and high-quality workmanship to ensure our clients receive a product which is of a world class standard. Design STM specialises in the design of sports turf facilities and in recent times designed sport facilities for private institutes and schools. STM provides a turnkey solution in the sports turf industry covering all aspects in design, construction and maintenance. Construction STM is an industry leader in the construction of natural turf sports fields and won 2 gold SALI Awards of Excellence for the sports field complex construction at Reddford School facility at The Hills and Seisa Ramabodu international soccer field in Bloemfontein.
