Personal Reflections on Work Immersion INTRODUCTION The Journal section of this toolkit is designed to provide students with a structured way to document their work immersion journey. Work immersion is not only about performing assigned tasks but also about reflecting on experiences, identifying personal growth, and gaining valuable insights into workplace expectations and career paths. Keeping a journal throughout the immersion period allows students to assess their strengths, weaknesses, and the real-world applications of their academic learnings. Through this journal, students will be able to: 1. Track their daily tasks and responsibilities – Writing down daily activities helps in evaluating performance and identifying areas for improvement. 2. Recognize challenges and solutions – By noting difficulties encountered and how they were managed, students develop problem-solving skills. 3.
