March ril J M International School (GNW) Orientation Day ‘The start of something new brings the hope of something great’. J M International School, Greater Noida West jubilantly hosted its much-awaited Orientation Day on March 22, 2025, welcoming both new and returning parents into the vibrant fold of the JMIS family. The theme of the event was World Water Day. The event served as a radiant beacon of connection, collaboration, and celebration, setting the tone for a promising academic year ahead. The morning commenced with the sacred ritual of Deep Prajwalan, symbolizing the dispelling of ignorance and the ushering in of knowledge. Following this, the audience was gracefully drawn into a spiritual realm through the Invocation of the Divine. The air then resonated with joy as students extended a heartfelt Welcome Song, creating an atmosphere of warmth and togetherness. Respected Chairman Shri R B Gupta Sir and other revered Board Members and Dignitaries were honoured during the Felicitation of the Guests, and the Welcome Address by the Principal Dr. Bhavana Kulshrestha eloquently highlighted the school’s vision and unwavering commitment to holistic education. A mesmerizing Group Recitation – Melodic Expressions showcased the eloquence and confidence of our young learners. JMIS students then presented a vivid introduction to the school curriculum and facilities, highlighting cuttingedge infrastructure and learner-centric pedagogies. A thought-provoking Nukkad Natak marked World Water Day, stirring minds with its powerful message. Spirited sports activities – Fuel the Fire, graceful dance performance – Nimble Feet: Jal, and the melodious Waves of change left an indelible impression. The Parent-School Partnership segment introduced communication channels and faculty, nurturing trust and transparency. The Curiosity Corner ignited inquisitive minds and Shri R.K. Sharma Sir blessed and inspired all with his wisdom. The program concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks, the National Anthem, and delightful refreshments, wrapping 2 up a memorable and enriching day.

April J M International School (GNW) Session Commencement Havan True greatness is achieved in the humble serving of others. To mark the auspicious occasion of Navaratri and to instil the eternal values of humility, devotion, and service among the students, J M International School, Greater Noida West organized a sacred Havan on April 2, 2025, in the school premises. The atmosphere resonated with spiritual chants, and the fragrance of havan samagri created an aura of divinity and peace. The event was graced by the honorable Chairman, the Director and the CEO. The Management Board and other eminent dignitaries were also present, lending the occasion a sense of reverence and grace. Their encouraging presence served as a guiding light for the students and staff alike. Every student participated with utmost sincerity, offering their aahuti into the sacred fire, symbolizing the surrender of ego and the embrace of humility. The divine energy of the Havan was further amplified as the children received prasad, a token of blessings and spiritual nourishment. To reinforce the message that true service is the highest form of humility, the school organized a Bhandara for all. Students volunteered enthusiastically, serving meals with smiles and open hearts—imbibing the value that service to others is service to the divine. The event was a sublime blend of tradition, learning, and value inculcation, leaving a deep spiritual impact on every soul present. 3

April J M International School (GNW) ENGLISH WEEK J M International School, Greater Noida West, celebrated English Week with great enthusiasm and creative energy from April 07, 2025 to April 11, 2025, aimed at nurturing a deeper love for the English language among students of Grades VI to X. The week was filled with a variety of engaging and intellectually stimulating activities that encouraged selfexpression, critical thinking and artistic flair. The celebration began with a Class Discussion on World Health Day, where students delved into the importance of physical and mental well-being. They even participated in Slogan Writing highlighting their innovative thoughts and ideas. Following this, students channeled their creativity through a Poster Making Competition on themes such as “Grammar is Fun” and “English Authors and Poets”. The vibrant and thoughtful posters reflected students’ originality, artistic sense, and understanding of global and literary themes. One of the major highlights of the week was the Slam Poetry event, where students poured their original thoughts into powerful verses and performed with emotion and confidence. From themes of ‘nature’, ‘sustainability’, ‘My School Life’ to ‘If I Were’, the performances were moving and thought-provoking, leaving a lasting impression on everyone. The week concluded with a spirited Talent Hunt, giving students a platform to showcase their diverse linguistic and creative skills. Overall, English Week was a resounding success, offering a perfect blend of learning, creativity and fun. It provided students not just with a chance to explore the richness of the English language, but also to grow as confident communicators and imaginative thinkers. 4

April J M International School (GNW) Capacity Building Programme on Books That Build Us: Promoting Reading Habits in Our Classrooms J M International School, Greater Noida West, hosted a dynamic reading workshop in the school library led by the principal- Dr. Bhavana Kulshrestha on April 12, 2025, which aimed at promoting a strong reading culture among educators and students. The session began with an ice-breaker— “One Word Wrap”—followed by a brainstorming activity on why reading matters, highlighting its role in critical thinking, empathy and lifelong learning. Through group work, teachers explored strategies to promote reading and discussed common barriers using a Think-Pair-Share method. A lively “Book Talk” allowed teachers to share their current reads, fostering literary exchange. Highlights included a showcase of Tagore’s Geetanjali manuscript and the original Constitution of India, emphasizing the power of the written word. The closing activities—listing three books to read this year and creating a “Gallery Wall” of reading dreams—encouraged personal goal setting. The workshop proved to be an enriching experience, leaving teachers inspired and equipped to foster a vibrant reading environment in their classrooms. 5

J M International School (GNW) April World Art Day ‘Art is not a craft; it is the transmission of feelings experienced by the artist’. J M International School, Greater Noida West, celebrated World Art Day with great delight and gusto on April 15, 2025. Students from grades 1 to 8 participated in an art competition during the zero and first periods, showcasing their creativity on various themes. The highlight of the day was a powerful Nukkad Natak (street play) presented by Sukhmanch Theatre on ‘Environment’. The play was directed by Shilpi Marwah, the founder of Sukhmanch, whose impactful direction and strong narrative deeply moved the audience. Her dedication to socially relevant theatre was evident in the emotionally charged and thought-provoking performance. Our students also tried their hands at Nukkad Natak and presented a well- synchronized play on the topic -Jal Hai Toh Kal Hai. The event successfully raised awareness and inspired action. April J M International School (GNW) EARTH DAY “The Earth is what we all have in common.” – Wendell Berry With a spirit of awareness and responsibility, J M International School, Greater Noida West celebrated Earth Day on April 22, 2025. The day commenced with a special assembly featuring insightful speeches, heartfelt poems, and impactful skit emphasizing the urgent need to preserve our planet. An engaging drawing activity followed, where students illustrated powerful messages of sustainability and environmental care. The celebration aimed to awaken young hearts to the consequences of human malpractices. The day concluded with a resounding message —“Save Earth, Save Life.” 7

April April J M International School (GNW) World Book Day J M International School celebrated World Book Day with great enthusiasm on 23 April 2025. Students from Grades 1 to 10 participated actively in this enriching event. For Grades 1 to 5, a special Book Picnic was organized in the lush green grounds outside their classrooms. Surrounded by nature and fresh air, students read and shared their favorite books while sitting on the grass. The library came out of the four walls in the form of book baskets, allowing children to browse, read and enjoy books in a free and open environment. It was a beautiful blend of reading and connecting with nature. Students from Grades 6 to 10 conducted the Book Talk in their classrooms, where they brought novels or storybooks they had read or were currently reading. Each student spoke about the book’s title, author, publisher and shared why they chose it, what interested them and the key takeaways. Many even presented brief summaries. This initiative turned out to be a highly interactive and effective speaking activity, promoting reading habits and communication skills. It gave everyone a chance to explore different genres and understand each other’s reading preferences. The teachers played an active role in organizing and guiding the students. Overall, it was a wonderful and memorable experience that brought the joy of books to life. 8

April J M International School (GNW) WORLD DANCE DAY J M International School, Greater Noida West, celebrated World Dance Day on April 29, 2025, with immense zeal and vibrant spirit by organizing a captivating dance competition for students from Grades 1 to 9. The young performers dazzled the stage with their graceful moves on traditional folk songs, dressed in stunning and colourful folk attire that reflected India’s rich cultural tapestry. Their rhythmic performances mesmerized the audience and brought alive the essence of unity in diversity. The event not only celebrated dance as an art form but also encouraged students to embrace their heritage with pride. As rightly said, "Great dancers are not great because of their technique, they are great because of their passion." The celebration beautifully showcased the students’ love and devotion to the art of dance. 9
