It is up to the successful bidder to contact the promise donor to receive the item bought (if it cannot be taken away on the night). You will be given full details once you have paid for your promise at the end of the evening. All promises have to be taken at a mutually agreed date and within one year of the Auction date (unless otherwise mutually agreed). There will be no refunds if promises are not claimed for any reason. New Forest Hounds accepts no responsibility for the promise purchased. By accepting a promise, the purchaser agrees: That all warranties or representations either express or implied relating to that promise are express excluded. That New Forest hounds shall not be liable to the purchaser for any losses, injury, claims demand, actions, proceedings, damages, changes, costs, expenses or any other liability. That if for any reason New Forest Hounds is liable for any of the above, the purchaser agrees that the level of damages shall be limited to the amount paid by the purchaser for that promise.
