Basso page 61 Ermatiko OÜ is an Estonian family business founded in 1993. Our threemember family enterprise has now become a considerable competitor among upholstery manufacturers. The founders of the company had been making furniture before the establishment of Ermatiko and by now we have accumulated over 50 years of experience in the furniture industry. Ermatiko's furniture has been available in Scandinavia, Latvia, Germany and Holland since the end of the 1990s. At present, we have over 400 distributors in Scandinavia and Europe and the bulk of our production is exported. Ermatiko employs approx. 65 people and our total manufacturing area in two plants is over 7,000 m². We are able to offer logistical flexibility because one of our plants is located just outside Tallinn and the other is located in southern Estonia. Regular investments in manufacturing facilities and equipment prove our worth as a long-term and reliable partner. Our suppliers undergo a careful selection process, and we also put great emphasis on the materials we use to maintain the quality of our products. We are also open to teaming up with different designers. If a major customer has their own idea and vision then we will find a designer that meets the customer's preferences. We take a personal approach with customers as best we can and even arrange transportation if necessary.
