Praise Sanctuary Ministries Rochester

Pastoral Address To the members of the Board, Ministers, Departmental Leaders, and Saints: Please accept holy greetings in the mighty name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ who, according to His abundant mercy, hath begotten us again unto a lively hope. It is a hope that maketh not ashamed, and one we have not cherished in vain. I continually give thanks to God for each of you who has served this assembly faithfully and remains committed to its growth and development. Your labor, your prayers, and your steadfastness have not gone unnoticed. The Lord bless you richly is my sincere prayer. As another year has ended, we acknowledge that 2025 brought both blessings and burdens, and now, as we move forward into 2026, we must arm ourselves to face even greater challenges with faith, courage, and unwavering focus. The Apostle Paul, in addressing the Ephesian elders, declared: “the Holy Ghost witnesseth in every city, saying that bonds and afflictions abide me. But none of these things move me, neither count I my life dear unto myself, so that I might finish my course with joy, and the ministry, which I have received of the Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of God.” Acts 20:22–24 (KJV) Likewise, as we step into 2026, we know challenges await us. Yet, we must embrace the same mindset, determined not to be distracted, not to be discouraged, and not to be moved. Let us remain focused, so that we too may finish our course with joy.

One of the most difficult challenges we faced this year was the passing of Evangelist

Coreda Reid, who sadly left us in September 2025. While we sorrow, we do not sorrow as those who have no hope. We are confident that she fought a good fight and finished her course with joy. Our prayers remain with Rev. Reid and the entire family, trusting that their grief will give way to an abundance of joy when we meet again on the other side. 2025 Year Overview We began 2025 with great anticipation under the theme “BELIEVE.” we were believing God for: 1. Restoration and revival individually, collectively, and as an organization 2. The salvation of souls 3. Our children 4. New property 5. Numerical, spiritual, and financial growth within the assembly To support these goals, we started the year with a month of consecration, where fasting and prayer were held daily. While this was a powerful initiative, participation was below expectation. Nevertheless, we are trusting God that in 2026 we will see greater unity and stronger commitment as we continue building a culture of prayer and sacrifice. We also held our business meeting in early February as we began the new term. Below is a brief overview of what God allowed us to accomplish throughout the year: Conversion and Growth: A total of 110 new visitors attended our assembly. Of those, 20 were baptized, and 6 received the Holy Ghost. We also dedicated 7 babies, and we celebrated the birth of Emanuel, son of Bro. Brian and Sis. Monique Clarke.

One of the most difficult challenges we faced this year was the passing of Evangelist

Church Bus:

A church bus was purchased in March 2025, which has been a blessing and an important step forward in expanding our outreach and transportation needs. Major Services and Events: • Easter Convocation: Held in April • Children’s Conference: Held in May • National Convocation: Held in May at Praise Sanctuary, Ellerslie • Anniversary Service: Held in September • Fall Conference: Held in November All these services were a blessing, and we thank God for His presence, His power, and His continued favor upon this ministry. Children’s Ministry One of the new introductions this year was the Children’s Ministry, held on Saturdays under the auspices of the Sunday School Department. I must express my heartfelt appreciation and satisfaction to Minister Rhosh and Sis. Jody for how enthusiastically they embraced this initiative. On the days I was present, the level of engagement and excitement was truly uplifting. However, the one concern we must address going forward is the absence of our children. In 2026, we will be seeking effective ways to better encourage and support parents in ensuring their children participate consistently. Sunday School Dept. The introduction of the Children’s Ministry created some misunderstanding that negatively

of clarity, and I sincerely apologize to the team. The remainder of the Sunday School activities are outlined in the Sunday School report. Youth Department The Youth Department remained active throughout the year and, even amidst challenges, continued to be a blessing to the church. Sis. Kerry was appointed National Blazer Director, and she has been playing a vital role in developing the youth within our organization. Youth Month was also a blessing, and we continue to pray for our youth, confident that they will be effective and impactful in the Kingdom. I also want to express appreciation to Sis. Monique for her faithful service as Youth Secretary for the past three years. We continue to pray God’s blessings upon her and her family. Additional details are included in the Blazer report. Missions Dept. The Missions report speaks for itself. I would like to express sincere gratitude to Rev. Raye McHugh Jr. for his years of dedicated service to the Missions Department. His commitment and labor are deeply appreciated. As he focuses more on his new assignment, we pledge our continued support and thank him for his faithful contribution here at Praise. Family Life Ministry The scripture declares: “I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness.” 2 Timothy 4:7–8 (KJV)

I believe these words fittingly summarize the life and service of our former director,

Evangelist Coreda Reid. Up to her last breath, she gave all she could and more. I want to place on record my appreciation for her service and my deep sense of grief for her loss. Yet, I am confident that the leaders she inspired will carry this ministry forward, taking it to new heights as they stand upon her shoulders. The Family Life report outlines the activities of the past year, and the remaining departmental reports are attached. Closing Remarks In closing, I want to express my sincere thanks to our Ministers, Board Members, Departmental Leaders, and every worker for your dedication and faithful service throughout the past year. To my wife and family, thank you. You truly are the wind beneath my wings. Above all, to the Lord Jesus Christ be all Praise, Honor, and Glory. As we move forward together, we continue to BELIEVE for more. Yours In Christ, Bishop Raye McHugh

PSMIA REGISTRAR REPORT

January 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025 Submitted By: Kareen Fagon-Johnson & Sis. Sherrie- Ann McHugh Bishop Raye McHugh Ministerial Board, Leaders, Saints: Greetings in the mighty and exalted name of Jesus. It was my delight to serve in the capacity of registrar this year and deemed it a privilege to be entrusted to serve in this area. Overview: The Registrar’s Office is responsible for maintaining accurate and confidential records of visitors, baptisms, Holy Ghost infillings, baby dedications, new memberships, and other sensitive and vital church information. This essential function supports the spiritual and administrative integrity of the ministry. At the start of the year, the Admin. Department provided each member with a 2025 calendar of events, which aided in improved structure, organization, and functionality across all departments and the congregation at large. Throughout the year, the department consistently tracked and maintained all vital church data and records. During this reporting period, the church witnessed individuals being baptized in Jesus’ Name, receiving the infilling of the Holy Ghost, being reclaimed, and babies being dedicated. These milestones reflect the continued growth and impact of the ministry. The Registrar Department operates under the Administration umbrella, alongside the Finance Department. While each department maintains distinct responsibilities, they work collaboratively to ensure the effective operation of the church and the accurate collection and preservation of information.
