I was a top leader previously with Arbonne, and chose to start over with Partner Co. and quickly ranked up This document is to share an unbiased view on both companies’ compensation plans to help others make a decision for themselves. I left Arbonne for personal reasons and was absent from network marketing for a few years before I decided to join Partner Co.

PARTNER CO: ARBONNE: One time registration, no renewal ever needed Higher registration first year, annual registration needed No demotions ever, can only move forward, never backwards. No maintenance numbers. Must maintain titles and numbers monthly, demotions possible (a limit on how much can be used from performance account) A done for you system, where all scripts, pictures, and posts are provided. You simply copy/paste Must be creative with online posts. Encouraged to “make it your own” The more your team succeeds, you grow also, points never taken away Ability to work 100% online, no home parties/events/workshops needed Teams “break away” when they promote, you will need to re-build to grow Ability to work 100% online, however home parties/events/workshops recommended and common

Arbonne: Free shipping offers for minimum orders to PCs Partner: No free shipping, however minimal shipping charges ($10 to $14) Arbonne: Free gift offers with minimum orders for PCs Partner: No free gift offers for customers Arbonne: Client discount 20%, upto 40% on packages (higher priced products) for PCs Partner: Client discount 15% for Subscribers (moderate priced products)

TEAM EARNINGS

PARTNER CO: ARBONNE: No monthly team bonus, Partner Co pays out everything every week. Monthly Bonus for achieving double the maintenance numbers of that title ($220+) New Volume Bonus of 15% to 30% paid on all NEW direct Partners, for their first 4 weeks. Ex. New Partner does 1000pv, you earn 30% = $300 Tiered earnings on full central teams, (can stack all of these) DM - 8% AM - 6% RVP - 3% NVP - 1% Base Commissions of 15% earned on all of your “Pay Lines” (Pay Lines are every line other than the strongest), even on those Partners placed in your lines by uplines (yes thats allowed!) Matching Bonus: Earn on generations below on their Base Commission value (upto 7 generations below): 15% on 1st generation (Directs) 10% on 2nd generation 5% on 3rd generation *You must be as “wide” as you are “deep” to earn on the generations below. Example, to earn on a district in your 3rd generation, you must have 3 DM’s direct to you also. Earn upto 7 generations below.

PARTNER CO: Income Position: Getting paid on your Depth. The company sets aside 2% of worldwide product volume into a bonus pool that you share with other Brand Partners. These shares pay you each week, depending on the total volume that went into the pool for that week. *Must promote to Sr. Officer to unlock this ARBONNE: All of the ways to earn with Arbonne have been shared in previous slides: Retail Commission Monthly Bonus Team Earnings Pay Line Bonus: Getting paid on your Width. The company sets aside 1% of worldwide product volume into a separate bonus pool that you share with other Brand Partners. These shares pay you each week, depending on the total volume that went into the pool for that week. *Must promote to Sr. Officer to unlock this Savings Bonus: Company matches your Base Commissions by 15% every check you earn $250 in Base Commissions. Once this savings amount gets to $10,000 its given to you. The Savings Bonus continues each month afterwards.

PARTNER CO: ARBONNE Earn Lifestyle Credits all year long to use towards different vacations, events and experiences, that you can redeem rewards for, and even pay for purchases with! Earn points towards ONE trip a year, within a limited time frame (often 6 months), and attached to the requirement of other reps promoting direct to you. Earn lifestyle credits for almost every thing you do, like making a new client, getting a new title, watching tips videos, enrolling a new partner, purchasing products, being ranked for growth and success, even just for earning commission! Stay commission qualified to earn rewards (One 100pv Subscription order per month) You can even give your credits to a team member! Lifestyle credits never expire, carry over into the following years! Can participate in the car program (Car is your own to buy or lease, you are given a dollar amount for hitting minimum goals) NVPs also travel to Maui once a year NVPs may also unlock challenge trips cannot pass on your points earned to anyone points for the trip expire each year, you start over again for the next year’s trip
