The design emphasizes harmony between people and their surroundings, encouraging residents to embrace the outdoors and engage with the natural environment. Through open spaces, organic layouts, and communal areas, the compound reflects a lifestyle rooted in interaction, balance, and belonging.
representing the stages of drawing the Arabic letter “( هـHa).” Through its form, it achieves the enhancement of wind flow and alignment with its movement. The closeness of the masses creates a high airflow. The main architectural element in the building is the sun breakers. They contain narrow openings that increase the rate of air circulation and continuously refresh it.
