A01663571 Slide A1: What did you find most complicated and why? I found drawing the geometric shapes in freehand style the most complicated because keeping the proportions and straight lines accurate without using tools was challenging. Making the isometric views correctly aligned also required a lot of attention and observation. How do you think you could improve your results? I could improve by practicing more freehand drawing to develop better control and precision. Studying examples of geometric projections and using light guidelines could also help me make cleaner and more consistent drawings. What did you learn? I learned how to represent three-dimensional geometric objects through different views and isometries. This exercise helped me understand the importance of observation, proportion, and spatial thinking in technical drawing. Slide A2: What did you find most complicated and why? I found stippling the most complicated because it requires a lot of patience and precision to create smooth shading with small dots. Maintaining an even density is difficult and can easily look irregular if I lose focus. How do you think you could improve your results? I could improve my results by practicing more control over the spacing and pressure of the lines and dots. Planning the direction of the light and shadow areas before starting would also help me achieve a more realistic effect. What did you learn? I learned that different hatching techniques—such as hatching, cross-hatching, contour-hatching, scumbling, and stippling—can give volume and texture to drawings. Each one helps express light and form in a unique way, making drawings look more realistic and dynamic.
