All Mr. and Ms. Gamecon representatives will do a fashion show ID Participants will introduce themselves: 1. Name of Male and Female representative Q&A Round * Judges to pick from the questions prepared by the committee via fishbowl method * 1 question per participant. 2. Segment and introduce segment theme 3. 5-10 seconds quick talent portion (duet or a short duo act/ dance) Rehearsals Schedule rehearsals before the start of the program for blockings to advise the participants their entrance/exit, and position during the Fashion Show, Introduction, and Q&A Round. CRITERIA 45% 45% 10% Q&A POISE/PERSONALITY/ OVERALL APPEARANCE AUDIENCE IMPACT Clarity and coherence in the Q&A round Confidence, charisma, and overall grace/composure during the pageant. MECHANICS ELIGIBILITY Minimum of 20 to maximum of 30 participants per group (combination of performers and production team). Elevated stage and dance floor may be utilized. Segments may determine how many will join their performances in terms of newbies or tenured employees. Segments are grouped into 3 as follows: 1 GROUP SME & FI 2 GROUP LC & COMBANK 3 GROUP CE, ID, & PRODUCTS PERFORMANCE GUIDELINES: Performance theme: Talent Revolution - a movement of passion, performance, and pure talent. Can be a mix or any of the 3 categories: Singing, Dancing, or Acting/Skit. Avoid props that could endanger the safety of the performers or others. Posting/sticking or hanging props on the venue is strictly prohibited. Acrobatic or stunt-based elements are also not allowed. Wearing of group attire, costumes and other props for the performance is allowed. Costumes should be creative, should not pose any safety hazards, and are suitable for the a corporate environment. Avoid costumes that are overly revealing or could be considered offensive. PERFORMANCE TIME: Each performance must be maximum of 5 minutes. Determine sequence of performance: Draw lots REHEARSALS: Ensure all technical aspects (sound, lighting) are checked. Deadline of submission for background music or any audio-visual presentation: October 31, 2025. Each group will be given 15 mins for blockings/dry-run on the day of the event at the venue. CRITERIA 50% 25% 25% COSTUME ORIGINALITY PRESENTATION The costume accurately represents the theme of the segment. The costume is unique and imaginative. Able to represent the style and appearance with charisma.
