The project initiation involved selecting team members and deciding on a sports club for analysis. Despite challenges in communication due to geographical differences, we effectively utilized technology such as WhatsApp for seamless coordination. The research phase included gathering reliable resources and articles, with each team member contributing ideas and key roles assigned for information gathering. Weekly progress reports were submitted to the lecturer for review, ensuring continuous feedback and improvement.
Work Information and Delegations
The brainstorming sessions led to the selection of Black Viper FC as the focus of the project. Through discussions and collaboration, the team identified key aspects of the club to analyze, such as decision-making processes, leadership styles, and current management trends and issues. The final report encapsulates a comprehensive study of sports management principles applied in a real-world scenario.
